  • If it’s been + 6 months since your last visit, please select re-exam and complete updated intake forms.

  • Existing patients: please sign in with your Jane login to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

  • New patients, please complete the intake forms online prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • There is a $25 no show fee for late cancellations and/or missed appointments without notice. You have a 12 hour window to reschedule appointments online through Jane.
  • If you don’t see a time that works, please use the add yourself to the waitlist feature and we will do our best to work you in.

Dr. Heaven welcomed twins into the world on April 6th, 2024! Their first year of life was a whirlwind, but she is finally back working & serves patients around the clock, 7 days a week, from her home office. W + Th afternoons are currently reserved to be seen at the original office space until further notice. You may text her personal # (504)-777-9425 for scheduling, address, & directions at this time!

Fee Schedule - As of January 2024, pop in visits for individuals (book as you go) are $60/visit. Family adjustments are $60 for the first person,+ $25 for each additional family member added on. If you are interested in receiving maximum savings, please contact the front desk to receive more information about our prepaid packages. We offer 20% off for a minimum of 12 visits on prebooked treatment plans (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

Dr. Heaven is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana! She moved to Texas in 2012 to attend Parker University, where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in April of 2016. She was blessed to do her associateship under Dr. Crisp at New Beginnings in Keller, TX and Beautiful Beginnings Birth Center in Fort Worth, TX with midwives Amanda Prouty and Susan Taylor. In September 2017, she opened her own practice (Heavenly Spines) in Willow Park, TX. She is Webster Certified, a technique specific for prenatal patients and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association. She is known to help babies get into a great position for birth with her technique. Her favorite chiropractic moments are adjusting women in labor, and newborns in their first few minutes of life. She loves children, and has already influenced many of her young adult patients to choose chiropractic as their career choice. In her free time, she loves to explore nature with her golden retriever, Teddy, who also moonlights as a service dog at our office at times. She would work as a Disney princess if her schedule allowed it!
